Travel is one of the most physically demanding things most adults do — and one of the least prepared for.
Think about what an airport trip actually requires: walking long distances through terminals (often a mile or more), standing in lines for extended periods, lifting luggage onto scales and into overhead bins, sitting in cramped seats for hours, navigating escalators and moving walkways, and doing all of this while tired, rushed, and carrying heavy bags.
