Common questions
Do I need any equipment?
A sturdy chair and a set of light resistance bands are all you need. Both cost under $30 total. No gym membership, no machines, no weights required.
What if I have a health condition?
We take safety seriously. Before you start, you'll complete a brief health screening (PAR-Q). If you have certain conditions, we'll ask you to get clearance from your doctor first. This is for your protection, not to exclude you.
I haven't exercised in years. Is this too advanced for me?

How much time does it take per week?
