Stairs are everywhere. And for many adults over 55, they represent one of the most common sources of physical anxiety in daily life.
Going up is tiring. Coming down feels uncertain. Carrying something on stairs feels risky. Moving at a pace that matches the people around you feels rushed. These concerns are legitimate — and they're all addressable with the right training and technique.
