Designed by a Licensed Physical Therapist

Not a fitness influencer. Not a personal trainer. A physical therapist who has spent years helping older adults regain strength, reduce fall risk, and stay in their homes.

Strength is independence

Every year, I worked with patients who had lost something they thought was gone forever — the ability to get up off the floor, carry their own groceries, walk up stairs without holding their breath. And almost every one of them told me the same thing: they wished they'd started sooner.

The research is clear. Strength training in adults over 55 reduces fall risk, improves bone density, slows muscle loss, and supports cognitive health. But most programs aren't designed for older adults. They're designed for young people who want bigger muscles.

Built to Age is different. Every exercise, every progression, every modification was designed with older adults in mind — their joint health, their movement patterns, their goals. The goal isn't aesthetics. It's capability. It's independence. It's quality of life.

You deserve to feel strong in your own body. This program exists to help you get there.
