Take a moment right now to notice how you're holding your body.
Are your shoulders rounded forward? Is your chin jutting out ahead of your shoulders? Is your chest slightly caved? If the answer is yes to any of those, you're not alone. This pattern — called forward head posture and rounded shoulders — is extraordinarily common, and it develops gradually over years of sitting, using phones and computers, driving, and doing fine-detail work with the hands.
