You've been doing wall push-ups since week one. This week, we're going deeper.
There's a reason push-ups in some form appear in almost every fitness program ever designed: they're one of the most effective upper body exercises that exists. They train your chest, front of your shoulders, and triceps on the push side, while your core is working the whole time to keep your body in alignment.
