Taking It Outside

For 10 weeks, most of your training has happened indoors — in your living room, kitchen, or home gym space. This week, we're taking it outside.
Outdoor training isn't just a change of scenery (though that helps). It introduces genuine physical variables that indoor training can't replicate: uneven terrain, wind, temperature variation, changing surfaces, natural obstacles, and the proprioceptive challenge of ground that isn't perfectly level.
