Course/Phase 3: Real-Life/Week 11/Putting Moves Together
Phase 3Week 11 · Lesson 2

Putting Moves Together

16 minutesDumbbells (8-15 lbs), step

Real life doesn't give you one exercise at a time.

When you carry groceries from the car, you're lifting (deadlift), carrying (farmer walk), climbing stairs (step-ups), and then setting bags down (controlled lower) — all in one continuous sequence. When you pick up a grandchild, you're squatting, lifting, standing, and then often walking or turning. Real-world movement is a chain, not a series of isolated links.
