You've built strength. Now let's build the ability to use it — again and again, without running out of gas.
Strength endurance is the capacity to perform repeated efforts under load without significant fatigue. It's the difference between being strong enough to carry one grocery bag and being able to carry four bags, up a flight of stairs, without stopping to rest. It's the difference between doing one goblet squat easily and being able to do an entire workout without feeling wiped out.
